|"What can I say it was delightful! Chef Shawn Hubbell was extraordinaire. We had a lovely wilted green salad with local asparagus and greens sourced from local farms. Dinner was roasted chicken served with sauteed ramps, another local treasure. Finally a rhubarb tart topped with ice cream for desert. Everything was outstanding and Shawn provided wonderful demos filled with many tips and ideas. The Soons family were wonderful hosts from start to finish. A goodie bag filled with apples and cider made the best parting gift. A true locavore adventure."|

Chef Shawn's food was so inventive and delicious, it was the perfect friendly atmosphere, and (Art Soons's) update on current farm operations was a real eye opener and made us appreciate it all the more.
